Thoughtful and Caring Regarding Four-Legged Family Members
I'm a worrier by nature so, thinking about creating a will and all the other legal paperwork involved only added more gray hairs to my head every time I thought about it. I realized I didn't even know where to begin. I was discussing this with a friend and she mentioned I should call Scott. I've known Scott for a long time but, didn't realize he did Life & Legacy Planning.
I called his office and spoke to his Client Services Director, Zachary Graham who set up the appointment. Zachary was great! Sending me reminders and checking to see if I had any questions. Scott also sent me reminders (great teamwork)!
Before the appointment I was sent information to look over and a questionnaire to fill out to return to Scott's office before our meeting so that on the day of the appointment we were all on the same page and ready for the tough questions.
The day of the appointment I met with Scott and Zach and we discussed the details of the plan, all my questions were answered, even things I hadn't thought about were discussed.
Here's where I have to say a big "thank you" to Scott and Zach for being so thoughtful and caring regarding my four-legged family members. Yes people you do need a life plan for your pets!
With Scott's guidance a thorough plan was set in place that covers all my wishes. It's all in one place and my family won't have to make any tough decisions. This gives me a sense of peace.
Scott and Zach were very professional, always available to answer any questions, easy to talk to and made the whole process very comfortable.
